Mohammad Jawed Akhai was born in 1962 to a family engaged in pharmaceutical distribution. Even before he graduated with his MBA degree in 1985, he entered the family business with a passion to manage a full-fledged Pharmaceutical Organization with International collaborations.
During his time at the helm of Martin Dow, he worked with a deep sense of responsibility, compassion and an unwavering commitment to giving back to the community, with focus on health and education to the underserved. He set the base for the establishment of the Foundation, and he is the value system that continues to guide us even today.
